Meet the people behind Refuel IV.
Our story.
Refuel IV was born from two nurses who see dehydration from opposite ends of the ER doors.
Chad is an ER nurse. Lysha works in the ICU. Between shifts saving lives in the hospital, they kept noticing the same thing outside it: people pushing their bodies past their limits and paying for it later — whether that’s a brutal workout, a long night out, or a weekend festival that turns into a Sunday spent in bed.
Chad believes in fueling the body right, whatever your training looks like. Lysha believes dehydration doesn’t just happen at the gym — it happens on the dance floor, in the crowd at your favourite show, in the middle of a heat wave. Together, they saw a gap: hydration support that actually meets people where they are, whether that’s a concert, a race, or your own living room.
So they built Refuel IV — a nurse-led, mobile IV hydration service for everyday people, not just athletes or hospital patients. Two RNs who know exactly what your body needs, brought straight to you.

ER nurse who worked his way up and never lost his taste for chaos and banter. Off shift, he’s either working out or at home with Taro, his dog — recharging for whatever the next shift throws at him.
Fun fact: Once got written up for wearing a pickle-print
scrub top on shift.

Every visit is administered by Registered Nurses in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, under the direction of our Nurse Practitioner Medical Director.
